Our own products are only available direct by mail order or from our trade stand at leading national and regional exhibitions which we attend. This enables us to supply you with high quality kits and parts at competitive prices. Our range of kits originate from a number of sources and include the former Connoisseurs Choice and Maygib ranges as well as kits designed by Alan Gibson, Keith Dales, Mike Williams, John Redrup and Derek Mundy. Our policy is to continue to expand the range of kits in 7mm scale, principally using etched brass and nickel silver, but also making use of the materials which we believe best suited to a particular application, including cast whitemetal, lost wax brass and nickel silver castings, and brass turnings. As well as our own manufactured products we do stock various ranges which complement our own lines, such as Mashima motors, gears, locomotive and rolling stock wheels, buffers, couplings and manyother parts. We are always keen to expand and improve our range of kits and components and are interested in hearing from you with ideas and suggestions. | |
| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via, snail mail or fax. Telephone/Fax Orders. We are happy to accept telephone or fax orders to be charged to Mastercard or Visa. | Shipping And Handling Under the terms of our credit card agreement we can only send items to the registered cardholders address. UK ORDERS: For orders below twenty five pounds there is a charge of one pound fifty pence post and packing. Orders over twenty five pounds are post free. There is an additional carriage charge for RSU's. EXPORT ORDERS: Fourtrack Models is not VAT registered, therefore we cannot deduct VAT for overseas customers. We prefer payment by credit card so that we can charge postage at cost, to save you money. There is a minimum post and packing charge of one pound. | |
| Delivery Schedule All the items listed in the catalogue, except items such as fluxes and solvents which mail regulations prohibit, are available by mail order.It is our policy to process all orders as quickly as is practical, which is usually by the next working day following receipt of the order. However with such a large and diverse range it is occasionally possible for us to be out of stock of an item. If there is going to be a delay of more than a week we will acknowledge the order and advise the proable length of delay, which will be kept to a minimum. Cheques are not banked or credit cards charged until goods are despatched. | |
